Lee Hamre
CEO
Lee Hamre, CEO of AmeraMex International, also serves as chairman of the Company's board. Prior to his current role with AmeraMex, Hamre was president and is now CEO of Hamre Equipment Company, which he launched in 1989 with a partner, Warren Murphy. He has 30 plus years of experience in the heavy equipment and heavy haul business. During his business career, Hamre has held positions in sales and sales management, branch operations, and as a successful business owner and entrepreneur. Hamre served in the United States Navy Reserves for six years and earned a BA in Business Communications from California State College, Chico. He and his family reside in Chico, CA.

Brian Hamre
President
Brian has over 36 years of sales and marketing management experience in the heavy equipment industry. Prior to joining AmeraMex International as president, Hamre spent 14 years with Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers. Ritchie Brothers is a publicly traded company and the world's largest industrial auctioneer. Before joining Richie Brothers, Hamre worked with AmeraMex International, dba Hamre Equipment, for 22 years. He held a variety of positions within Hamre Equipment, where he successfully expanded the Company’s sales and marketing reach within the Western US. Hamre attended California State University, Chico, California. He has three children and resides in Northern California.

Romeo Tesso
V.P. Of African Affairs
Romeo Tesso is a renowned international businessman from Nigeria. He is well versed in international oil business and comes with a 15-year experience in the energy sector which includes working for the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) under a private contract capacity. Aside from the business ventures of the oil industry, he also occasionally organizes private forums where expert advice, guidelines and related services are offered to companies established or establishing in the Nigerian energy sector. Tesso also owns and is the chairman of a number of companies including The Petracon International Group where he is the president. He is actively engaged in various sectors with interests in fields as diversified as real estate, heavy equipment, hospitality, finance, civil engineering, construction, consulting and general trading. He is also an avid investor and shareholder in various companies around the world.

Kacee Hamre
AR & AP Manager, HR, Sales & Parts Administrator, Office Manager
Kacee Hamre, the AR Manager, HR department, and Sales and Parts Administrator for AmeraMex International, dba Hamre Equipment, was born and raised in Chico. She is a mother and Girl Scout troop leader when she is not working. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Butte Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with an emphasis in Animal Science from the California State University, Chico. Kacee also briefly attended The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio from 1999 to 2001. Kacee was a member of the professional agriculture sorority, Sigma Alpha, while attending CSUC. She originally wanted to be a veterinarian who specialized in equine breeding but due to the challenges of chemistry class, she happily graduated with her animal science degree. She has held a certificate as an equine massage specialist since 1997 and a Notary Public commission since 2008. Kacee has 25 years of experience in sales and customer service, ranging from retail and outside sales to direct sales.
